Des Bains de Saillon is a hidden gem nestled on our European road trip through the Swiss Alps. Splurging on the modern room with a balcony was worth it for the stunning views. The hotel's culinary innovation truly impressed us, with a diverse array of themed areas in the restaurant. One day, we found ourselves dining at the Brasserie, enjoying the ambiance and savoring the delectable Swiss cuisine.The staff, including the catering manager and the chef, were attentive and ensured our dining experience was exceptional. As we dined, we couldn't help but admire the Magic Tree in the Piazza Grande, adding a touch of whimsy to our evening. The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a variety of choices, including the best scrambled eggs I've ever had in Valais.Amidst the vines that produce award-winning wines, Des Bains de Saillon offers a unique gastronomic experience. Whether you're a nature enthusiast exploring the Valais or a food lover seeking culinary delights, this hotel is a must-visit.
